I identified a major missed opportunity: we weren’t showing up on Pinterest.
With users actively planning life’s biggest moments - buying a home, having a baby, getting married - it felt obvious that our mortgage products and savings accounts should be right there with them. I championed Pinterest as a strategic channel to reach this primed audience at exactly the moment they’re researching, planning, and looking for financial solutions that help them move forward.

Short videos to spread the word that we offer everyone money advice appointments, and we have one of the lowest thresholds for Financial Advice in the UK.


People find talking about money awkward, but we need to increase volume of 'My Money Review' appointment bookings.

Intermediaries rebrand Launch Video
Led the launch of our new B2B proposition to brokers on LinkedIn through a manifesto-style film centred around our three new brand pillars, each fronted by a recognised department lead. I co-developed the script, put together the storyboard, produced and directed the shoot, and oversaw the edit — resulting in our best-performing launch video to date.
